Step 2: watch the paper totally absorb the water. For the biggersize, it will take about 5 ~ 10 minutes. For the small size, just afew minutes will do. Take the paper out of the water before thetattoo artwork is about to off the paper. ( once the tattoo artworkis off the paper, it will float above the water or directly gluedtogether, thus the whole product is damaged and can not be used. Step 3: apply the paper to the skin ( with the side of artwork toface to the skin ). Press the paper until the tattoo artwork istotally transferred onto the skin. Do not remove or even move thepaper before the artwork is totally transferred, otherwise atragedy.
