[Performance Characteristics]

The product is the modified fast-curing epoxy stone adhesive,which has characteristics of high adhesive strength, fast curingspeed, low curing temperature, convenient application, waterresistance, oil resistance and aging resistance, etc.

[Applicable Scope]

The product is used for rapid bonding, repairing and fixing ofgranite, marble and various stones, such as bedplate edgerepairing, stone medallion, special-shaped stone bonding andlarge-area defect repairing, etc. 

[Application Method]

1. Clean, dry and remove dust, grease and other impurities fromthe bonding parts.

2. Mix the adhesive evenly according to the specifiedproportion, use an adhesive mixing knife to apply adhesive on thestone bonding parts, apply pressure to the bonding parts with afixture and place stone for curing. At room temperature, the stonewill be put into the next process after 24-hour curing; at lowtemperatures in winter, after the cured stone is heated to 50-60and placed for 2-3 hours, the stone will be put into nextprocess.

3. Add special toner in the adhesive according to the differentcolors of stones and adjust it into a color similar to the stone;the largest adding volume of toner is 3 of adhesive amount.

4. Use a cloth dipped with a small amount of alcohol or acetoneto scrub the excess adhesive squeezed out of the bonding partbefore curing.

[Cautions]

1. Adhesive mixing must be even according to the proportion, soas not to avoid the application result.

2. The application temperature should not be less than 5; theadhesive should be heated appropriately in winter, to increase thecuring speed and bonding strength.
