Type AY pump apply to petroleum refining, petroleum chemicalindustry, chemical industry, and it is used to transfer petroleumand petroleum gas without solid particles, especially intransferring liquid with high temperature, pressure, inflammable,explosive and toxic.
Type AY said pumps are developed on the base of type Y pumps,compare with the type Y, Although the construction, installationsize and the performance range are the same, the efficiency of typeAY more 5%-8% than the type Y pump.

Construction:
Type AY oil pump are divided into single stage single suctioncantilevered, double stage single suction cantilevered; Singlestage double suction cantilevered, double stage double suctioncantilevered two supported oil pumps.

The casing of pump cut in radial direction and the installation wayis horizontal centerline supporting, the inlet and outlet flangeare both upward. The shaft seal can be soft packing and mechanicalseals. The thrust get balanced with the help of impeller balancinghole.

Bearings: Bearings body installed a set of radial ball bearings anda group of pulling ball bearings and lubricated by thin oil. Thecooling for bearings exist three kinds according to the conditionsof the area.

Shaft seal: Packing seal, bellows seal, balance seal and mechanicaltandem seal. There's water cooling spacer on the surface of shaftseal box, as the temperature of liquid exceed 66'C or the tem. Ofhydrocarbon exceed 150'C, it should be in used.

Driven: In order to be easy in maintenance, it adopt the flexiblelengthened plug, the pump driven by the motor though the couplingdirectly. The rotation direction is counter clockwise looking awardfrom the motor.

Pipes system of pump:
1, the cooling water is used to get shaft seal box, bearings, orbracket cooling according to the temperature and requirements ofusage, the flow rate of each pipe range from 0.2-0.7cube/h is well,the pressure is 0.2-0.3MPa.
