KDF2 filter rod forming machine was introduced into ourcountry in the middle 1990s, by now some parts and electricalcomponent have been worn and needed over hauling and replacing. Assome early design defects, the customers are keen to modify andrepair these machines. According to the market demands, we proudlypresent the a series of maintenance and renovations for KDF2.The maintenance & renovation for KDF2l PLC renovation in electrical control system realizes thecommunication between PLC and servo system by adopting SIMENSS7-300 series controller and PROFIBUS-DP bus.l The blooming rollers, threaded rollers and glycerin pump ofAF2 are drove independently by servo-motor. It is easy to setparameter according to process requirement, which ensures thequality of product and reduces rejects.l Main motor adopts AC frequency conversion motor instead ofDC motor, which overcomes the fluctuation of DC motor and isconvenient for maintenance.l By improving bobbin splicing mechanics and servo motor, itaccomplishes the replacement of the bobbin at a high speed. Therenovation avoids the inferior quality caused by the change ofspeed when the bobbin is replaced.Renovation for glycerin nebulization systeml The glycerin nebulization mechanics is to send the glycerininto a distribution by a high pressure pump, then pre-heat theglycerin through 7 heaters, and then be nebulized by 7 nozzles. The precision is 0.1mm.Modification for specification of filter rodWe can modify the length and diameter of filter rods as perthe customers'' requirements.
