1. development and features of Autoclaved AeratedConcrete (AAC) 
Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) products have had nearly onehundred years of history in the overseas countries, and become thepillar industry in construction field. China has introduced AACtechnology almost 40 years, and the production techniques andequipment tend to mature The aerated concrete is characterized bythe advantages of light weight, high heat preservation, good soundisolation, high strength, processable property and so on, what’smore, the raw materials of AAC are abundant. Especially, adoptingfly ash as the raw material of AAC block and board it can not onlymake use of industrial waste residue, improve environmentalpollution, and protect tillable field, but also create favorablesocial and economic benefits. Aerated concrete is the perfect wallmaterial to replace the traditional solid clay brick. For manyyears, Aerated Concrete (AAC) has always received strong supportsfrom the policies on reforming of wall material, tax policies andenvironment protection policies. Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC)products have become the important component of new-type buildingmaterials, and possess wide market development prospects.

2. Production technology of Autoclaved AeratedConcrete (AAC) 
1) Raw materials handling
Fly ash (or sand, rock flour) is transported into the ball millthrough feeder and belt conveyor driven by electromagneticvibration. After milled, it is sent to the pulp tanks for storagewith fly ash pump 
The lime is carried into the jaw crusher for crushing throughfeeder and belt conveyor driven by electromagnetic vibration.,after crushed, it will hoisted to the lime storage bin with bucketelevator, and then sent to ball mill through screw conveyor, andthe milled materials will be put into the batch bin through screwconveyor and bucket elevator. Chemicals are made into a certainconcentration of solution according to a certain proportion afterthe artificial measurement, and sent into the storage tanks forstoring


2) Raw material storage and feeding of Autoclaved Aerated Concrete(AAC)block
Raw materials are transported into the factory in the automobiles,fly ash (or sand, rock flour) is concentrated in raw materialfield, when using, packed and shipped to the hopper .Bagged cementor bulk cement is stored in cement silo, when using, packed andshipped to the hopper. Chemicals and aluminium powders are storedin chemical warehouse and aluminum warehouse, when using,respectively shipped to production workshop

3) batching, mixing, pouring
The lime, cement is transported to automatic quantitive scale forcummulative metering in turn by the screw conveyor under the batchbin. The screw conveyor can add materials uniformly into thepouring mixer.
Fly ash (or sand, rock flour) and waste pulp are put into measuringcylinder for measuring, when all kinds of materials are measured,and the mould already in place, then begin to mix the slurry,before pouring it should reach process requirements (about 40???),if not enough temperature, make the steam heating in measuringtank. The materials are added into the aluminum suspension 0.5 ~ 1minute before pouring.

4) primary curing and cutting
After pouring, the mould is pushed into the curing room for initialsetting with the conveying chain, room temperature 50???70???,curing time 1???5-2 hours(According to the geographical advantages,the process can be avoided).After primary curing, hang the mouldframe and body together on the cutting table placed with kettlefloor in advance by negative pressure sling, pull off the frame,and the cutting machine makes the crosscutting and lengthcutting ofthe body. The frame is hoisted to the mould carriage for artificialcleaning and oil removing, and then group the mould for the nextpouring. The cut body along with the kettle floor is hoisted tokettle car and put into two layers with the crown wheel, betweenwhich there are four supports, and several kettles is made up into1 group.

The waste materials generated from cutting are shipped to theslurry mixer beside the cutting machine through the screw conveyor,and made into waste slurry, by adding water, for the use ofmatching materials.

5) Autoclaved and finished product
After the body finishes the grouping on the stop line before thekettle, open the autoclave door, firstly pull out the finishedkettle car with the hoist, and then pull the kettle car to beautoclaved into the autoclaved kettle for curing with the hoist.The finished products on the kettle car are hoisted to thefinished-products storage with overhead crane, and then shipped tofinished-products storage yard with the forklift. The empty kettlecar and the kettle floor are hoisted back to the turn-around, aftercleaned, pulled back to the parking yard with the hoist for thenext use.
