(1)   Maintenance-free. There is no need to check thespecific gravity of Electrolyte, or add water to the unique gasrecombination system which totally transforms the generated gasinto water.

 (2)   Sealed construction. No electrolyteleakage will occur from terminals of case. This feature insuressafe,efficient operation of batteries when in the sign typeposition.

 (3)   Gas pressure venting system. Designed torelease excessive gas and reseal automatically in the event gaspressure rises to a level above the normal rate. Thus there is noexcessive gas build-up in the battery.

 (4)   Long design life. The use of heavy-dutylead calcium alloy grids with anticorrosive construction enablesthe batteries to remain in floating service for more than tenyears.

 (5)   Low self-discharge. At room temperaturethe self-discharge rate of our batteries is approximately 3% ofrated capacity per month. This low self-discharge rate and ourexcellent charging characteristics permit storage for up to oneyear without loss of efficiency or any applicable deterioration ofbattery preformance.
