1575mm newspaper machine can use waste paper as material to make high quality news printing paper ,

writing paper ,copy paper ,capacity is 10 ton per day ;

III.Main technical description of paper machine : 

1.Fourdrinier section :

The length of fourdrinier part is 8.5m, forming board,  scrape water board, stainless steel solder,

 faceplate macromolecule anti-grinding faceplate.  Table roller: Seamless steel board is covered 

with rubber, frame: box, macromolecule anti-grinding faceplate. Suction box: is made of stainless 

steel solder, faceplate box,square frame is made of steel.

2.main press section:

Two sets of press section ,500mm x 1950mm x 2400mm  granite roll 2 pc,450mm x 1950mm x 2400mm

 rubber roll 2pcs,material :cast iron ,coated by rubber ;

3.Felt press section :

450mm x 1950mm x 2400mm rubber roll 2pcs,material :cast iron ,coated by rubber ;

4.vacuum press section :

650mm x 1950mm x 2400mm vacuum press roll 1 set,material : stainless steel ; 

5.Dryer part: 

1500mm x 1950mm x 2400mm alloy dryer cylinder 6pcs, it is equipped with upper and bottom dry mesh device.

6. calendar section :

1575 mm three roll calendar 1 set ;

7.paper reeling section :
