Function & Character:
1. This machine is mainly for producing folded rectangle or squaretype napkin paper through smooth compressing, color printing andembossment. This machine is mounted with two-color water printingink system, which can print various beautiful logo or patterns. Itpossesses features, such as, clear embossment, correct overprintingand stable running under high-speed. It is the specializedequipment for making high-rank napkin paper.
2. Under European CE standard designing, Passed CE certificate,With CE or UL certificate for Electric Parts and with safetydevice, such as, safety-guard door, emergency stop and so on.
3. Most of parts are precisely processed by numerical-controlmachine; The key mechanical parts are under CNC processing; Whilethe main outsourcing parts are world famous brand.
4. Adjust the gap between two folding wheels as per differentlayers or different GSM of jumbo roll. Adjustment can be conductedand instantly completed during production.
5. Color printing unit is equipped with rubber printing, whilepatterns are flexible as per requirement. It is specialized colorprinting while the ink can be coated evenly on the embossroller.
6. Smooth compressing is conducted by steel to rubber roller.Embossment down roller can be felt roller, paper roller or rubberroller (choose one of them).
7. Jumbo roll is fed into smooth compress unit through timing beltand then fed into embossment unit after smooth compressing andcolor printing. Among jumbo roll, smooth compressing and embossing,they are all equipped with tension adjusting unit.
8. Stepless speed-regulator controls unwinding; Machine iscompletely synchronous in running; Auto counting unit.
