DL-859 is Styrene-Acrylic latex. It is highpolymer latex copolymerized by styrene monomer and acrylic estermonomer.

FEATURES :

APPLICATIONS :

Mainly used for laminating a variety of color printing productswith PE, PP, PVC, polyester and other thin films. It can makeprinting products more bright, luxurious, moistureproof andanti-fouling. It is widely used in a variety of products'packaging, advertising, brochures, books, magazine covers,etc..

Usable method :

According to the material of plastic film and the situation ofpaper printing products, users can adjust temperature, pressure,velocity and other parameters of laminating machine to get the besteffect.

TYPICAL PROPERTIES :

1. Appearance: Milk white emulsion with blue light, withoutmechanical impurities and condensate
2. Viscosity ( mPa . s ) : ≤ 300

PACKING :

50 Kg / plastic drum or in flexitank.

CAUTIONS :

1. This product is non-flammable, non-explosive, non-toxic,tasteless, non-corrosive and can be transported according tonon-dangerous goods' stipulations.
2. Stir evenly before use.
3. Sealed and stored in ventilated cool places with thetemperature for 5-35°C.
4. Do not upside down and notice anti-frozen.
5. Immediately wash or make medical treatment if eyes and skin arespattered when using.
6. Shelf life: 6 months from the date of being produced.
