PGDSeries CNC Plate Drilling Machine is a gantry-typeCNC drilling system designed for processing pre-cut steel plateslike, Splice plate, Flanges, etc.. There is an X-Y worktable with 4working stations. The operator can load & unload platesimultaneously from both sides of the worktable. For drillingsystem, there are optional drilling spindles--H.S.S. DrillingSpindle and Carbide Drilling Spindle can be equipped with themachine. The machine equipped with High Speed Drilling Spindle canhave a Max. rotation speed up to 1500 rpm. Also, user can changethe hydraulic feeding spindle to be a servo motor controlledfeeding spindle for drilling blind hole with required depth.Computer based control system can import DSTV file and DXF filedirectly from the company database via. Worktable:
A four station worktable can fit for different size of plate. Theworktable is double sides open-type to allow the operator to loador unload plate while the other side is working.
 
Clamping System:
Hydraulic clamping system with 12 pinchers besides the worktablefirmly catch the pre-cut plate while drilling to ensure the workingstability. High positioning accuracy with numerical controllerensures reliable precise operation.
 
Drilling System:
High positioning accuracy with numerical controller ensuresreliable precise operation. The machine equipped with High SpeedDrilling Spindle can have a Max. rotation speed up to 1500 rpm. Anauto recyclable coolant system is used for lubricating and coolingthe drill bit.
 
Servo System:
The gantry is controlled by servo motor system which enables fastand accurate movement.
