It is a kind of natural edible pigment extracted from gardeniafruit of rubiaceous plant.The main compositions are crocin andcricetin of series of carotinoid pigment. The powder color fromprimrose to sacrlet is soluble in water and solution of water, butinsoluble in oil.The environment PH value has little influence on its hue.
At PH 2.0 to 6.0, it became little unstable ,: at PH 7.0 or above,it is stable.
Application: it can be used in coloring of carbonic acid drinks,juice drink, jam, jelly, candy, cakes, ice-cream, pastry and puffedfood.

Liquid: polythene barrel;
Powder: inner package is aluminum foil bag; outer package is cartonor according to client???s demands.
Storage: protected from light and heat. Sored in cool, dry andairproof.
