Feature of drip irrigation pipe machine1.Specially designed die head and moulds with optimizedstructure; inlaying,cooling,pulling units are mixed with thenecessary elements which ensure high speed and stable production ofthe plastic pipe.2.Adopting the swashplate rotating disc to screen and orderwater dropper,with high precision screening and high speedordering,ensuring the water dropper supply during the high speedproduction.3.The water dropper inlay adopts push rod,insure the precisionof water dropper spacing at the different production linespeed.4.The high speed pulling machine with tighten type multi-grouprollers ,is equipped with high speed wear-resisting belt,theclamping pressure can be adjusted automatically,which is suitablefor high speed pulling of different diameter pipe and kinds ofsmall diameter pipe.5.Adopting the mechanical punching mode,to track theprocessing speed of water dropper ,insure the exact punchinglocation .6.The series production processes such as water dropperfeeding,screening and ordering,conveying inlay,pulling,punching andcoiling are sync controlled by imported PLC,which insure theprecision and synchronous control and stable processing during thehigh speed production.7. The products are used for many irrigation fieldssuch  as greenhouse canopy, landscape engineering andfarmland planting.Application:Water-saving drip irrigation line is used to produce PE pipewhich irrigate the plant ,vegetable,and fruit,trees and flowersand  in the filed of farmland(cotton,etc.).And when it delivers water, it also can give nutrition liquid.So the drip belt has been a perfect establishment forproducing excellent and hurtles vegetables and fruit.
