2.The design of natural circulation convective heatingsurface for the boiler resulted in sufficient outgas, low accidentrate, and safe and reliable operation.

3.The design of cylone reburning chamber in furnaceresulted in the decrease of dust contained in flue gas. At the sametime, incandescent carbon black paricles shall burn further,enhancing the boiler thermal efficency, and decreasing gasblackness, as a result, the gas emission concentration shall meetthe requirements of grade A environmental protection area. Thebigger diameter ash particle of the flue gas shall be seperatedform cyclone reburning chamber simultaneously decreasing the dustconcentration contained in the flue gas from convection bank,reducing the erosion of convection heating surface, and improvingthe boiler life.

4.The grate shall use the technology patent of scale-typefire bars, boundary grate and so on, improving the operationreliability of the boiler.

5.Becsude of the sealed wind chamber, entering wind byboth sides, and the application of machining cone seal structure tograte air register, the sensitivity of the grate shall be improved,which is national protected technology patent.

6.According to the customers’ requirements, the layeringburn device and other energy saving equipments, implemented instate,shall be matched.
