Quick heating tankThe Quick heating tank is a quick heating system for asphaltdeveloped by our company. This system has the followingadvantages:
1. High efficiency: It can be equipped with a coalfiring or fuel oil combustor The heat utilization is up to 85%. Itcan produce 800 thousand kilocalorie of heat per hour which canwarm up 20 tons of matrix asphalt per hour by more than 50degrees.
2.warming up 1 ton asphalt by 1 degree needs only RMB 0.08 for fuelcost with our speedy warming tank of coal firing mode; Incomparison with the traditional warming device, it can save fuelcost by more than 50%.
3.It is also equipped with a high and low level alarm of linkagewith the asphalt pump and fuel oil pump which can avoid overflowand dry warming effectively to assure safe production.
4. The tank has the combustor, stirring and warming deviceitself. The volume is 30 cubic meters. It can be used not only asboiler but also as shell-and-tube heat exchanger and asphaltstorage container.
