Brief description of the product ZM series pintype percussive mills are modern fine grinding equipment with highefficiency. Working principle Material is fed through the upper intake port and supplied to thecrushing chamber. The thin fluid enters the center of the rotorrotating at high rpm through the left and right passages. Under theaction of the strong centrifugal force, it will disperse allaround; meanwhile, it will received repeated impacts by the dynamicpin at high rpm and the static pin in the working chamber. Withstrong impacts, most of the starch and fiber will be released andfreed. The fiber is not broken because it experiences lesser shearforce at impact, and exists in the flake form. As a result thepercussive mill can keep a large coarse to fine residual ratio,generally greater than 2.5:1 to 3:1. The inter-linking starch infiber skin is released at maximum, and becomes free starch. Inaddition, protein in the starch can be easily separated. The pastewill be discharged from the outlet port, thus, completing the finemilling process.
