Uses: The product is a white powder , solublein water and alcohol. As the most used dyeing property modifier ofpolyesters, it is mainly used to improve the dyeing properties ofpolyesters, but can also be used as the intermediate in thesynthesis of organic agents, large molecules and findchemicals.
Dimethyl-5-Sulfoisophathalate Sodiumsalt(DMSIP, CAS:3965-55-7) ismainly used to produce the dyed polyesterchip.DMSIP(CAS:3965-55-7)is also used in water dispersible resinsystems applied in coating and adhesives.DMSIP(CAS:3965-55-7) isacting as the third monomer of cation modifiedpolyester(CDPET).DMSIP(CAS:3965-55-7) has a good affinity functionwith cation dyestuff because of the CDPET fiber containing sulfogroup,the dyed fiber is bright and lustrous,having a complete rangeof color and dying deeply.The modified fiber has woolens feeling,itis easily blended with fleece that is necessary for garmentsmanufacturing.
