Description:

 The front, middle and rear spring hangers are made of hightensile low alloy steel plates (pressed and welded into boxstructure) stronger but lighter than the old type. The new designprevents the spring from shifting in a side way during running. The90mm wide steel spring is made of high quality material. Theantifriction block (welded) is made of high tensile steel platematerial (or #20 cast steel). Its angle is in line with theunfolding direction of stress of the steel plate spring. On theantifriction block of the rocker arm there''s frease nupple toreduce the sliding abrasion between the steel plate spring and theantifriction block of the rocker arm.

The angel of the torque arm is scientifically adjusted. It canefficiently reduce the instant shifting distance
between the tyre and the ground effectively lower friction of thetire, and increase the tire service life.

The torque arm bushing is made of urethane rubber. It has abuffering function to the instant abrasion in
sliding shift of the tire

The above features, plus a correct installation, reliablyguarantee the verticality between the axle and the
king pin, effectively temove the phenomena of offset abrasion andgnawing, and make the tire wearing even.
