Principleand Scope of Application
Thistherapeutic apparatus is mainly composed of two parts: epidermalseparator microcomputer negative pressure and temperature system(Refer to Figure 1). Blister is formed in virtue of dual effect ofbiology and
physics byepidermal separator on human skin making floccule separation ofepidermal basal layer or stratum
spinosumwith epidermal papillary layer. It features fast separation(generally 20~40 minutes), accurate layer of separation, free ofdamage against epidermis and no scar caused.
Duringtreatment, the diseased area (skin grafting area) is separated asblister epidermis to be cut off; take
epidermis innormal color separated from skin donor site of the patient, andsplinter transplanted to the skin
graftingarea. A certain period later, melanin cells survive, reproduce,form pigment island and steadily expand
and coverthe disease area. Clinical application of Affiliated Hospital toShandong Medical University and General Hospital of Ji’nan MilitaryCommand shows that effective rate of epidermal separation reaches98.6%,
and curerate of vitiligo reaches 98.6%.
