QF air-cooled turbo-generator, one of its typical models, ismature and well-approved, with the capacity ranging from 1.5MW to30MW according to customers??? requirements.

The stator consists of frame, core and winding, which are all ofexcellent quality. For generators over 12MW, transposition bars arereduced to extra loss. Air-cooled rotors are made of cast alloysteel, and adopt copper wedges on both ends, which are made ofduralumin. Retaining rings on both ends are made of Mn18Cr5.Open-air cooling system and closed circulation cooling systems areadopted in the QF generator. Brushless excitation and staticsilicon excitation are designed in the air-cooled turbo-generators.Advanced inspecting instruments are adopted to supervisemanufacturing process, which can satisfy new products developingand technology research demand. Professional generator test stationguarantee the overall performance test of generators when theyleave the factory.
