The product is a high strength weaved airbag with spiral wound developed by our company. Its structure includes two parts the body of airbag and iron parts. The rubber layers is made of natural rubber,elastic fibers,and some other materials. The head is made by metallic material,it closely integrated with the airbag body. The pressure of spiral wound is completed.

The airbag body is combined by two parts the inner layer bag and cord tire. The inner layer is made separately and the cord tire is wound crossly from both heads. We inspect air leak points by 5steps during the whole producing process, strictly ensure the gas tightness. High strength, flexible cord increased the traits of against high pressure and explosion. The product is produced in inflated state from beginning to end.
