FIRST Tube floating type air preheater
The air pre-heater DORIGHT researches and designs adopt thestructure of tube floating. Up to now, most of them have nationalpatents. ( The patent number respectively is: 1277302, 12409019,1200624 etc. ) the benefits as follows:

All the main components of air pre-heater with tube floating typeadopt the heat-resisting alloy steel which fit the America standardA387 series, they have good heat-resisting and corrosion-resistingability.
The match between tube and tube sheet adopts patented technicaldesign. The freely expanding tubes can make tubes work in no stresscondition, avoiding the twisted deformation due to tubes expand notevenly, cracking of welds and even a whole unit discards.
It's cost is lower than air preheater used the single tubecompensation type, and it is also easier to maintenance, simply totransport, easier to transport and has longer service life, littlevolume.
This type air preheater is widely used in the energy-recycling ofsteel, furnace, power plant and other process.
Second Single tube compensation type air preheater

Adopt single tube compensation, solve the uneven expansion betweentubes and compensation of expansion under high temperature.
Compatible to temperature under 850ºC, frequent operation and manykinds od reactant production line.
