It usesfuelling-welding annealing furnace to make effective annealingtreatment to all castings so as to eliminate internal stress andprevent the castings from deformation. 3. All of them adoptphenolic resin sand-control total box core-making process whichmakes quality of the inner surface of castings greatly enhanced. 4.Complete testing equipments can fully guarantee the mechanicalproperty of castings. And also it adopts carbonaceous-siliceousfast analyzer, temperature measurement instrument, portablehardness tester, tensile testing machine and laboratory foranalyzing chemical composition in front of furnace.
