TH1480 bare machine is integrallyformed by precision casting through HT250 cast iron resin sandcores. The gantry is movable, while the worktable is fixed. Dualdrives and four linear guideway supports are adopted in Y axis,while three linear guideway supports are adopted in X axis. Theguideway and the screw rod are produced by Hiwin, wherein theguideway adopts HGW35CAH, with the mounting surface being fixed bya strong approaching block, so that the precision is not influencedbecause the guideway is not loosened under vibration. The screw rodadopts C3-grade pre-tightened grinding ball screw rod, with twoends being fixed and pre-stretched, so that the error owning totemperature increment of screw rod is eliminated. All bearings areimported bearings in pair and are matched with national well-knownautomatic lubricating devices. X-axis and Y-axis flexible organprotective shields (required to buy) can be provided. All precisionitems shall strictly comply with the national standard beforeleaving factory. The appearance of bare machine shall be paintedwith required colors. The bare machine does not contain anyelectrical apparatuses.
