Properties:
It is milky white or pale yellow powder, slice or particle. Itsfreezing point is 50-52; Soluble in water, 50 mineral oil and ethylacetae; Insoluble in cold water. It decentralizes in warm water,and it is anti-acid and heat resisting. The HLB value is 4.7.

Usage:
Firstly it should be dispersed and dissolved in warm water, thenmixed with other materials. It is usually used with emulsifierslike sucrose ester, tripolyglycerol monostearate and so on.

Application:
It is used as emulsifier and dispersing agent, and employed in theproduction of milky candy, ice cream, bread, cake, chocolates, andcoffee. It is also applied in the cosmetics, medicine, pesticides,coating and plastic industry.
