Rare Earth
Neodymium magnets are a member of the Rare Earth magnet familyand are the most powerful permanent magnets in the world. They arealso referred to as NdFeB magnets, or NIB, because they arecomposed mainly of Neodymium (Nd), Iron (Fe) and Boron (B). Theyare a relatively new invention and have only recently becomeaffordable for everyday use.
They are widely used in industries of electronics, machinery, communication equipment, chemistry, biology, medicine and high-techfields such as aerospace, aviation, military etc. Moreover they areused in emerging industries as well like new energy industry ofwind power and new energy vehicles.
Specifications of Neodymium Magnets
If you need detailed information about the physical and thermalproperties of neodymium magnetic materials, you can find it on ourSpecifications of Neodymium Magnets Form. MagTrust can produceaccording to customer''s design professional magnets of variousshapes and sizes. Magtrust is willing to know more about yourspecial demands and will provide a full magnetic solution toyou.
Also we can do minimal size Diameter 1*0.5mm ~D1.9*0.5mm ofsintering NdFeB that is a few manufacturers can do in magneticfield.

Platings/Coatings
Neodymium magnets are a composition of mostly Neodymium, Ironand Boron. If left exposed to the elements, the iron in the magnetwill rust. To protect the magnet from corrosion and to strengthenthe brittle magnet material, it is usually preferable for themagnet to be coated. There are a variety of options for coatings, but nickel is the most common and usually preferred. Our nickelplated magnets are actually triple plated with layers of nickel, copper, and nickel again. This triple coating makes our magnetsmuch more durable than the more common single nickel platedmagnets. Some other options for coating are zinc, tin, copper, epoxy, silver and gold. Our gold plated magnets are actuallyquadruple plated with nickel, copper, nickel and a top coating ofgold.
