These Block Ice Machines have a modular shapewith features of plug and play ready system (with tropicalcondition & coastal climate adjustment test), so it''s easy toinstall & energy efficient.Block Ice Machine is plug-readyand specially designed for tropical conditions andcoastal climate. The machine consists of a 40ft or 20ftcontainer, according to ISO, GFRP coated with anti-corrosivetreatment.
      All parts in contact with brine orwater are of stainless steel, galvanized or effectivelyanti-corrosion treated. The brine-tank is fully insulated andcovered by removable panels. The ice-cans are of stainless steel ,whose thick sides (1.5mm) withstand even rough handling. The ice isharvested with the aid of an electric overhead crane with pushbutton control. Strong heating elements in the bath ensure that theblocks detach quickly from the cans. The blocks then slide smoothlythrough an aperture into the ice storage room.
