Properties of rubber acceleratorm(mbt):

Slightly osmyl and bitter taste, nontoxic.Specific gravity: 1.46-1.52. Soluble in ethylacetate, acetone,dilute solution of sodium hydroxide and sodium carbonate,ethylalcohol. Not easily soluble in benzene. Insoluble in water andgasoline.

Applications of rubber acceleratorm(mbt):

1.Used for NR, IR, SBR,NBR, HR and EPDM. 

2.One of the mainly used acidic acceleratorscurrently and a medium fast primaryaccelerator. 

3.Imparts excellentaging properties, when used both alone and in combination with DM,TMTD and many other mainly basic accelerators for higheractivity. 

4.Accelerativetemperature is low and easily be dispersed with lowerpollution. 

5. Unsuitable foruse in the manufacture of food contactmaterials. 

6.Mainly used in the manufacture of tires, tubes,footwear, rubber belts and hoses etc.

Storage of rubber acceleratorm(mbt):

Keep containertightly closed in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place. Theproduct should be avoid hot sunshine. The recommended max storagelife is 2 years when stored under normal conditions.
