GreenFiltering Mini-pleated Hepafilters. All filters include pleated aluminum separators to provide max filter media. Turbine air intake filters are available in a standard or high-capacity configuration. The special dual layered media provides exceptional dust holding capacity and strength. GreenFiltering Turbine Air Intake Filters are offered in single header or double header style, and are available in 5", 6" or 12" nominal thickness. All filters utilize a protective screen on entry and exit side. Exit side has additional cross-bracing to protect against blowout.

Special Features:

Glassfiber media – We manufacture the product with glassfiber media which is water resistant and can withstand temperatures up to 350 degrees.

Aluminum separators - Aluminum pleat separators are rolled to prevent media tearing and provide maximum filter media.

Glass fiber media sealant – Our GreenFiltering Box filter cartridge on all cells are completely sealed with a fire retardant rubber based sealant which isolates the filter from external shock and prevents bypass.

Galvanized Steel frame - This Galvanized Steel frame construction style provides the most rigid Box filter unit. Both header and frame are constructed with galvanized steel to ensure maximum longevity in even the most turbulent applications.
