This tile production line adopts hydraulic drive syetem. Yellowsand, cement and water are stirred by mixer and then transmittedinto feed hopper. They are shaped through cold forming. Theproduction procejure is carried out as follows: cutting, removingchips, colo(u)ring and curing in curing chamber (lasting 10- 12hours). Different wave form roof tiles can be produced afterchanging different extruding heads and moulds.
