Process:
EAF LF VD ESR Forged Annealed Grinded/Machined
Annealed: 860-890°C, hardness ≤229HB
Quenching: 1020-1050°C, oil cooling or air cooling
Tempering: 560-580°C, hardness: 47-49HRC, twice tempering
Surface condition: black , grinded or machined/ turned.
Inspection: ultrasonic test, according toSEP1921 D/d or as your requirements.
