Compressed air entering air net is always100% saturated with water vapour . When cooling down,this moisturewill condense,causing damage not only to your compressed airsystem,but also to your finished products.

Dusts,oil droplets and water droplets incompressed air can easily be removed by effective filter,whereasmost of the water vapor and oil mist in it can be removedeffectively only when they are refrigerated to the dew pointtemperature and turned to the liquid form.In accordance with therefrigeration and dehumidifying principle, refrigeration dryercools down the saturated compressed air that comes from aircompressor to certain dew point emperature and separates out mostof the liquid water along with dusts and oil ,which will beexpelled out of the machine through auto mechanism after beingseparated by gas-liquid separator.
