Baijia Thermostable Phytase isproduced from thermostable excellent bacterial strain, by theliquid submerged fermentation technique and advancedpost-treatment. 

This product is thermo stable bynature, and it can bear high pressure and high temperature above85℃ without the protection of coating, and effect fast inside thegastrointestinal tract of animal. It has better thermal stabilityand acid resistance than ordinary phytase and coated phytase on themarket at present.

One unit of phytase activity (U) isdefined as the amount of enzyme which liberates 1 micromole ofinorganic phosphorus per minute from 5.0 mmol/L of sodium phytasesolution at pH 5.5 and 37 degrees centigrade.
