3-To make the lathe with high turning precision and enoughrigidity and intensity, the table adopts integral casting andthermal symmetric structure, the main shaft bearing is thehigh-precision double row cylindrical roller bearing, and thetable guideway is content-current and hydrostatic guideway.
4-The gantry frame of the column is closed. Make the strainedcondition and physical dimension in the best state by finiteelement analysis and calculation.
5-The horizontal movement of the railhead adopts sliding andplastic lined guideway, and the vertical movement adopts slidingguideway. The feed of the above two items is drived by AC servomotors and ball screws. We can fit the common or double-column CNCtool posts according to customers’ requests.
6-The main transmission of the lathe is drived by the AC motor.The speed range of the table is realized by four-gear speedchanger.
7-The controllers are Siemens, Fanuc or other controllerscustomers requested.
8-We can provide the tool magazine, the presetter and functionalparts of turning thread, milling, boring, C axis, grinding andcooling device.
