For some serious or special stains, we suggest that youpre-treat them, just as you did before. For normally soiledlaundry, ??you??may not need to use any detergent powder or otherdetergent.
Replacement of Silver Probe
Under normal residential usage, the Silver Ion Probe installedin your ECO Laundry Generation II has a life expectancy ofapproximately one and a half years.
When the indicator light (seen through the window in the frontof the unit) turns red, it shows that the Silver Ion Probe needs tobe replaced. Please contact our Customer Service team??to order anew Silver Ion Probe and replace it as the following step:
1. Turn off the water supply valve / faucet.
2. Turn on the wash machine momentarily to relieve any internalwater pressure within the ECO Laundry Generation II unit.
3. Turn off the washing machine and unplug the power adapter of theECO Laundry Generation II.
4. Push the ECO Laundry Generation II a little higher than themetallic plate, and take it off from the metallic plate.
5. Find the 4 screws holes on the base, unscrew and press thecover, you will see the Silver Ion Probe ( see the structurediagram).
6. Unscrew the Silver Ion Probe with the supplied wrench, and thenfix the new one. (Tighten the Silver Ion Probe in order to avoidwater leakage.
7. Reconnect the electrical connectors of the new Silver Ion Probe,making sure that the retainer features snap together properly.

Do tough stains have to be pretreated?
We recommend that you continue to treat stains in the samemanner as always. Tough stains should be pre-treated in the samemethod as before using the ECO Laundry Generation II. For normallysoiled laundry, the use of the ECO Laundry Generation II will allowyou to use less detergent or no detergent at all.
Does ECO Laundry Generation II work with all forms of water?
ECO Laundry Generation II will work with all household waterqualities, but the better the incoming water quality the better theresults you will have. If you use hard water, we recommend that youuse a water softener for hard water and/ or a pre-filter forchlorine.
What types of washing machines can work with ECO LaundryGeneration II?
ECO Laundry Generation II can be used with all almost anyresidential machine. There are however two separate models. TheHigh-flow ECO Laundry Generation II is designed for most top loadwashers that have no restriction in their water intake. TheLow-Flow ECO Laundry Generation II is designed for front loadwashing machines or those that have a restriction in their coldwater intake. (High Efficiency Washer)
Will the ECO Laundry Generation II work with Commercial WashingMachines?
ECO Laundry Generation II is designed and recommended forresidential use only, not for any commercial or industrialapplications.??
Is ECO Laundry Generation II only used with washing machine?
Yes, the treated water by ECO Laundry Generation II is only usedto launder clothes. The water from your ECO Laundry Generation IIis not intended for drinking or ingesting.??
What parts will need to be replaced on ECO Laundry GenerationII?
Silver Ion Probes??will need??to be replaced when consumedduring normal operation and usage. In the average application,under normal usage, the Silver Ion Probe has an expected lifeexpectancy of up to one and a half years. Your ECO Laundry Generation II is warranted to be free from alldefects in material and workmanship in normal household use for aperiod of (1) year from date of purchase.
The warranty is granted only to the original purchaser and membersof his or her immediate household. The warranty is subject to thefollowing provisions. Any damages or malfunctions caused bynegligence, abuse, or use not in accordance with the Owner???sManual are not covered by this warranty. Likewise, any defects ordamages caused by unauthorized service or the use of other thanGenuine Wowtech parts are not covered.
Wowtech will, at its option, repair or replace a defective ECOLaundry Generation II or part(s) for the ECO Laundry Generation IIthat is covered by this warranty. As a matter of warranty policy,Wowtech will not refund the customer???s purchase price. Pleaserecorder the following Warranty Card when you purchase the unitfrom Wowtech or the distributor.
To obtain warranty service you must return the defective ECOLaundry Generation II or ECO Laundry Generation II parts along withproof of purchase to Wowtech or Wowtech Authorized WarrantyStation. All transportation charges on parts, or units, submittedunder this Warranty shall be borne by purchaser. Unless thisWarranty is expressly renewed or extended by Wowtech, any repairedor replaced part of unit shall be warranted to the originalpurchaser only for the length of the unexpired portion of theoriginal warranty.
