Silicone masterbatch LYSI-06 is our new product which dispersedin PP with ultra-high molecular weight (UHMW) silicone content. Itovercomes the weakness of traditional silicone oil easily to screwslip. A small amount addition can improve the flow of the resin andprocessing properties. Now it is widely used to improve thelubricity and surface properties of plastic.

Use methods:
LYSI-06 mixed with its compatible resin at a certain proportionthen molding or pelleting directly
Recommend dosage: when added at 0.5%to 2%, canimprove the product’s processing, liquidity and mold release. At ahigh level: 1% to 5% can improve the surface properties(smoothness, scratch resistance and abrasion resistance).
