Features
1. The drawworks is one-piece single shaftstructure, compact, light-weighted, higher transmission efficiency,less maintenance and hook hoisting speed is 01.3m/s stepless speedregulation.
2. Drawworks main brake is hydraulic discbrake. Assistant brake is dynamic brake. Brake unitautomatically detects electric voltage on DC side and when thereading exceeds preset value, extra dynamics is consumed on brakeresistance and tripping in speed (incl. suspension) is controlledto your will.
3. Drawworks is equipped with motorauto-bit-feeding device which adopts vector control techniqueenabled with speed sensor and realizes constant WOBauto-bit-feeding and zero speed suspension function. WOB issmooth and even and bit-feeding is sensitive and accurate andmechanical penetration is increased. As emergency response tomain system failure, maximum drill string weight can behoisted.
4. Traveling block position automatic controlsystem prevents collide up and impact down accidents. Position control is achieved by real time detection of travelingblock position and PLC calculation and analysis. Whentraveling block reaches alarming position, soft-stop controlprocedure of alarming-slowdown-stop is trigger automatically. Accurate real time position indication of traveling block makesdrillers operation easy.
5. Field-bus control system forms a communicationnetwork founded on PROFIBUS-DP. The network enables dataexchange and control of driller control cabin, auto-bit-feedingsystem, unitized instrumentation, traveling block position controlsystem and VF speed regulation cabinet. Machine-humaninterface (touch screen) is used for displays of working state andparameters and realization of control function.
6. Intelligent driller control cabin isfully-equipped with real time display of operating parameter,electrical system monitoring and display and failure display andalarm. Driller is changing from skillful worker to knowledgetechnician. Drillers duty focus on acquisition of data andoptimize drilling parameter in response to well condition andengineering instruction to realize safe, efficient andcost-effective drilling operation.
7. The rig satisfies HSE regulations.
8. The rig performance and technical parameterscomply with SY/T56091999 standard. Main parts conform to APIspec and marked with API monogram.
