This formwork-system, consist of aformwork-profile (steel) with integrated magnetictension-mechanism, which can be used in different formworks. It isspecially suitable for the production of filigran- respectivelydouble walls and lattice girder ceilings.By mean of the tension-mechanism, theprofile (layer is planed) is pulled to the bottom of theshuttering, so that an exactly edge of the manufactured item ismanaged. For the system is one unit, measuring mistakes are notpossible. The easy and quick handling increases the work safety.Using the corresponding lever, the system can be taken off andremoved easily from the bottom of the shuttering.By mean of the separated arrangement oftension mechanism and handle-knob, and tension mechanism andshuttering, the forces acting on the formwork and on the magnetduring the concrete process are absorbed.The built-in tension elements are placedin a save position, so that the formwork-system is less sensitiveagainst soiling.
We have 0.5m, 0.75m,1m,1.5m,2m,2.5m,3m and 3.5m length foryour option,meanwhile,we are also providing the aluminum formworkpanel with 150mm,175mm,and 200mm height which aresuitable for magnet clamp application.
