Pillow block bearinginstallation:
1.??Toinstall??the shaft bearing, must pull off the bearing sleeve fixedpin, while make the shaft neck surface??smooth and clean, and inthe shaft neck oiler and lubrication ( to allow the bearing on theshaft to rotate??a little??).
2.Coated??lubricating oil in the bearing seat and the bearing surface, arranged??the bearing??in a bearing seat. Then assembled togetherthe bearing and the bearing seat , push to the desired location forinstallation
3.Fixed bearing seat bolt but not to tighten, let the bearing in thebearing seat can rotate. Also install bearing and the other endseat??on the same??shaft , rotate the shaft??several times, makethe bearing itself automatically aligning position. Then fasten thebearing seat??
4.Eccentric sleeve. Put the eccentric sleeve on the inner sleeve ofthe eccentric step, and hand along the direction of rotation of theshaft to tighten. Then the small iron insert or withstand theeccentric sleeve on the sink hole with hammer along the directionof rotation of the shaft on small iron. The eccentric sleeve isfirmly installed, the last lock on the eccentric sleeve in sixhexagon screw.
