Multi-functional Busbar Processing Machine
Multi-functional busbar machine is a self developed new product ofour company.Compared with conventional busbar processing, theproducts main characters are as follows:
-The punching unit and the Shear Unit adopts circular overallstructure,its design is new unique,proper stress,which canguarantee long time usage withou deformation;
-The Bend Unit adopts overall structure,angular CNC method,operation is simple and high accuracy;
-The machine adopts dual layer platforms design scneme,three unitscan be operated at the same time without disturbing each other.
-The machine is equipped with auto refueling and draining system,the operation is simple and convenient,the hydraulic oil entersoil tank through the filter,which can protect the whole hydraulicsystem from any contamination;
-The machine adots stainless steel oil tank,which can guarantee nocorrosive degeneration of the hydraulic oil and extend the usagelife span of hydraulic oil and each sealing parts;
-Change of die is convenient;
-PLC control,stable and reliable.

Punch Unit
Fast change of die is realized without any requirement on tool,andthe machine can finish round hole punch,oblong hole punch, doublehole punch, embossing, copper bar press and copper bar shearetc.
 
Shear Unit
It adopts punching shear method,the verticality of the end surfaceis guaranteed, no deformation of workpiece and the end surface isbright and good appearance.
Bend Unit
Plain bending, vertical bending ,elbow pipe bending, connectingterminal and copper bar bending etc can be carried out via changingof die. The die is simple and easy to chang.
