Replacement/Exchange:
We accept Replacement / Exchange item within 7 days whencustomer receive merchandise and find the quality problem for thepower bank. However, buyer need to pay the return shipping costregardless any reason becaus of the small profit we get. Wewill process replacement within 7 business days when we receive thereturned power bank , we exchange / replace item if onlyitem is the same condition as when shipping out.If customer do notwant the power bank, we will charge the 15% of the real value andthe power bank must be in the unused condition only.
