The machine has absorbed the technology from the similarproducts of Germany and Itlay and adopted imported hot machine. Dueto large power, the ext rusion volume could reach 3KG. Itsperformance is stable. The integrated design is adopted for thepreheating air and screw extruder. The plasticizing quality is goodand the mould design is smooth without any blockage. Also, there isno dead corner and carbonization. The fan imported from Switzerlandis installed to ensure large air output, adequa te heat and thebase materials will have a higher temperature prior to adhesion inorder to achieve good melting effect. The machine could be operatedsimply and light in weight, only 4kg, whichhelps to weld thepostion that is difficult to reach.

Purpose: It is mainly used for the welding of PP/PE/PVC plates,vessels and chemical tanks, the connection of pipeline, and pipebends making, connection and sealing of varioous plastic pipes, andthe making and fixing of pastic tanks, the welding of plasticsheets and the making of the pipe fittings and bends of differentshapes. In particular, it is fit for outdoor onsite operation.
