The line of conveyor belt vulcanizing press is of highautomation level and compact advanced structure, suitable tovulcanize giant conveyer belt such as nylon conveyer belt, commonconveyer belt, anti-fire conveyer belt, wire rope conveyer beltetc.
The main machine is of frame structure andequipped with special purpose hydraulic unit. Both the hot platesand piston plunger are all made of superior material, they areaccurately processed and have high etch and wear resistance. Thecontrol system has been taken up with PLC so as to realize multiprogram automatic control of curing process, for example, thetemperature of the hot plates can be measured and regulatedautomatically. This will improve the control level and provide withhigh efficiency of production and low intensity of labor.
