How to use

1)Remove the backpaper

2)Place the iron-ononto the garment,press with an iron or heat presser at atemperature of   120-180 degrees for 10-15 seconds.Forbset results,press the reverse side of the garment.Do not use steamor steam hole

3)We recommend thatyou place a piece of white paper between front and back of thegarment to prevent it from sticking together

4)Allow the garmentto cool for 2-3 minutes,then slowly remove the plastic film fromthe garment.
