Scope of application:

A whole stack of sheeted products such as postcard,greetingcard,hangtag,packing bag,unformed box,label,envelope,red envelopeand etc;folding products such as instruction,propaganda poster andvarious folding products with different sizes;book-like productssuch as instruction,card book,cartoon book,magazine and variousbook-like products with different sizes.This machine canautomatically separate them and convey them to the conveyor beltone by one.It can not only be used in counting as score  cardseparately ,but also can be integrated into related equipments asautomatic scorecard to cooperate with various kinds of packing linesuch as pillow type packing machine,vertical packingmachine,automatic conveyor,automatic shrink packing machine andetc.

Main features of function:

1)      Servo motor drive system, PLCcontroller and touch interface are easily handled and utilized.Both settings and operation can be easily completed on the touchscreen. Meanwhile, with storage function, it can automaticallyoperate when relevant data is set.

2)      Servo motor`s highest speedreaches 50m/minute.

3)      Automatic card sender joints thefull-automatic packaging machine and automatically sends cardsaccording to different packaging quantity in a fast speed.

4)      Automatic alarming function workswhen card misses or there is no card. Its function of sendingsingle card, several cards or continuous cards can be chosen.

5)      It adopts photoelectric control.It can automatically send cards when the general power switch isturned on with photoelectric sensor.

6)      It is matched automated packagingequipment, realizing integration of automatic packaginggenuinely.

7)      The system itself has manyfunction settings, including pretest card length, setting of cardquantity each time, automatically stopping working and giving analarm when there are double cards or no card, with real timeon-line monitoring.

8)      Its structure is reasonablydesigned and can change quick-wear parts in a simple and quickway.
