It is used to link clamps to insulator, or to link insulator andground wire clamp to tower or sujection stucture. It has specialtype inaccordance with mounting condition.
There will no sharp edges, and corners rounded. All items will beclean rust free, smooth and uniform throughout and will also befree from burrs.

The dimensions on the drawings are the final dimensions after thehot DIP galvanization. The design of the fittings is indicative;However the mentioned dimensions on the drawings are the criticalones.
Electric power fitting GALVANIZATION
The fittings shall be delivered hot DIP galvanized according to thefollowing specifications:
· The Zinc of the electric power fitting that shall be used shallhave the quality of minimum category prime western according to thecategory Zn 98.5 according to ISO-1461.
· Then washed out with water and then flux treated and driedout.
· The hot DIP galvanization shall be made in a Zinc bath oftemperature 450° C and of Zn-composition min. 98, 5%.
· The galvanization thickness of the electric power fitting shallbe in average 86μ M thick! On an isolated piece or on a small partof the surface the thickness can be a little lower, however on allpieces and on all surfaces the minimum thickness shall be 78μ M andthe average weight in relation to the galvanized area shall be 610gr/m2.
· The pieces of the electric power fitting shall be after HDG freefrom black stains, enclosures of dirt, knobs, bubbles or any othersurface defects. The HDG shall be smooth and uniform in the entirepiece without any spots with too small or too big galvanizationthickness otherwise the pieces will be rejected.
· The galvanization shall stick very well on the steel structure;It shall not be removed as a film but shall be as one with thesteel body
C:
Electric power fitting Testing:
The fittings shall be fixed in a mechanical testing device assimilar as possible with the assembly later during use
D:
Electric power fitting PACKING:
All materials of the electric power fitting shall be packed inwooden / bags cases of maximum weight of every wooden box 25 kg.The wooden cases shall be suitable for the transport of the pieceswithout damaging the galvanization, and shall allow air tocirculate and the used wood shall be completely dry in order toavoid any corrosion of the fittings.
