ZT.SJ402 (welding flux)
In accordance with GB/T5293-1999 F5A0-H08AEquivalent to AWS F7AZ-EL8 DEscriptION: ZT.SJ402 is a bonded flux of manganesesilicon type acid welding flux , it’s alkalinity is about 0.7. Itis spherical, size10-60 mesh and can be used on AC or DC powersource. It provides good welding usability, its unique featuresinclude stable arc and bead appearance is smooth. SJ402 is a kindof fight rust welding flux and is not sensitive to greasy dirt ,oxidize layer and the rust for welding place. The welding flux isgood to fight tide and pellet strength high in welding course,flux’s consumpution is measured less. APPLICATIONS: It is suitable for welding sheet and medium thicknesssteel plate, sheet higher fast welding especially. In combinationwith H08A wire, it can weld ordinary steel structure and some lowalloy steel column and pipeline.
