Description:

MLG-T Model is a high strength woven airbag with spiraltype which is firstly invented by our company and is granted withnational patent. Its structure mainly includes rubber body, metalheads and a pressure gauge. The rubber layer is made of naturalrubber mixed with synthetic tyre cords and some other specialingredients. The spiral woven body is made as a whole part toenhance the strength.

 The inner rubber layer is madeseparately and the tyre cord layers are woven crossly from twoheads. The air tightness is inspected and tested during theproduction process to make sure no leakage is possible. The highstrength tire cords contribute to improve the performance ofanti-explosion against high pressure. All the process is conductedwith the body filled with inflated air.
