After this trial-produce, production manager will have a meeting with productiin line leader, tell him the instructions and matters needing attention. 3. Mass production start, unfinished-QA will do casual inspection and watch, to see if there is any irregular assembly problems.
4. Watch head production finished, unfinished-QA do full inspection of them-check the functions and appearance of the watch heads.
5. Water resistance of the watch heads-we test every single watch head''s water resistance
6. Assemble the straps to the watch heads
7. Time acuracy test for 24hours at least
8. Time acuracy test finished, finished product QC test all watches'' functions and appearance.
9. Do cleaning and packing of watches.
