   1.FPJ-40 foam machine is used in this line, it is based on aerodynamic principles 

and adopts double heads which made of stainless steel (No.304) and consist of

600 square teethes, can make the product more uniform,refined and soft. 

The foaming ratio can reach 12-15times.

   2. Its production capacity is 100-500KG/H and the foam density 

can  be adjusted according to product requirements. It can produce about 600-1000 pillows in eight hours
