It is widely usedin the fields of advertisement,decoration, sound-proof, packing. Because it isfeatured bylight-weight, strong, dampproof, anticorrosive advantages, ittrendsto replace the paper carton gradually and become the firstchoic to make packingcases.
Extruder: The special designed screw and the advancedtemperaturecontrol system ensure the good plasticizing, stableextrusion and high output.
Screen changer: it is of hydraulic style fast screen changer andensures theshort course of the exchanging filters. Double filtersand special leakage-proofstructure guarantee its stableperformance.
Die: Made of super quality alloyand adopted adjustable restrictorbars, provide the even pressure of the plasticflow at the die lips.It ensures even thickness of the board with adjustablelips
Vacuum calibrator: The vacuum system and calibrating systemincluding aheat-convection system array interleaved. This kind ofdesign guarantees thehigh precise degree of the calibration. Thevacuum system consists of twoindependent subsystems, which isequipped with many pieces three point typeclosed loop vacuum line.Each closed loop is equipped with vacuum regulatingsystem andvacuum display system. This guarantees the good calibration andthesmooth surface of the board.
Take-off unit: There are two haul-off units.First one consists ofmulti-rolls and is driven by a strong motor with a speedreducerwith a big gear ratio. It has strong take-off strength and performswellat slow speed so that it can draw the board up from thecalibrator evenly andsynchronally. Second one is put after theinfrared stabilizing oven. The slitunit fixed on the take-off unitensures the smooth cut of the edges.
